Mission
Our mission is to provide excellent early education (bilingual) and loving care for young children. The most important part of our job is to create an environment of unconditional love and support so that students may fully participate in the many learning possibilities we offer. We help develop independence and confidence in our students, all the while making sure to provide a bright and safe place for young children.
Vision
As a provider of bilingual education in Virginia, our vision is to be a center of integral development in which children aged two to five can develop basic knowledge and fundamental skills to succeed in life.
About the Owner
Ms. Ana Cespedes is the founder and owner of Early Steps Bilingual Preschools, Inc. As a Hispanic business woman, she has paved the way to connect with the community and share the important message of bilingualism at an early age.
Ms. Ana has worked with children over 30 years thus understanding, through experience and practice, the need for change and improvement in the quality of early childhood education.
Ultimately, her fervor and devotion are shown through all of the Early Steps Bilingual Preschools and its four locations- Arlington, Georgetown, Springfield and Vienna. Now, with the celebration opening of Ms. Ana’s fifth school in Alexandria, Lincolnia Academy of Early Learning, she has certainly given her advocacy and love for young children!
